If i could give 10 stars i would as one of the best authentic Mexican food in Calgary. A friend of mine from Mexico told us that these food are served in Mexico City and they’re delicious! The owner is super friendly and nice. The price is reasonable for such a delicious meal with reasonable amount of food. We definitely come back again to try the soup. I’m highly recommend this place to anyone who loves authentic Mexican food instead of mixed canadian mexican ;)

What a germ! Food is great, very reasonably priced, staff is friendly and polite. Even my three year old son loves their home made soups. I love mexican food and this location is something. The best to go for quick or a family lunch. They are open Thursday to Sunday. There is not that much space for sitting, but you can always find near around in the market. I believe they are also selling home made guacamole too.

This place is like a hidden gem for lunch. I finally found a Mexican restaurant where the food tastes just like home, even with all the other "authentic" places around the city. I had a torta and horchata and I instantly knew this place does things right. The flavours were just right and not completely changed to fit the "trendy Calgarian" palate. The cozy atmosphere, the great staff, and the delicious food have all left a lasting impression. Also, when dining in, be respectful and take your plates to the dish collection station when you're done, the staff have made it super easy.

Hidden Gem!! The most amazing beef tongue tacos and homemade tortillas and horchata! Their fish taco was great too. Kind people! And amazing meal! The beef tongue was so tender it melts in your mouth! The horchata is light and refreshing!
